Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order. Any return request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the shipment, along with clear photographs and Opening video proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: a. Custom-made or printed packaging products. b. Products manufactured according to customer specifications. c. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or storage. d. Orders reported after the return period.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged during transit or received with a manufacturing defect, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before production has begun. Once manufacturing or customization has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as the products are made specifically for the customer.

Shipping Pages

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
