Exchange Policy
At Pap Kraft, a brand of Vaidehi Industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality packaging products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Eligiblity of Exchange
Products are eligible for exchange only if they are:
a. Damaged during transit.
b. Defective due to a manufacturing issue.
c. Incorrect items received compared to the confirmed order.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery with supporting videography, photographs and proof of purchase.
Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products cannot be exchanged:
a. Custom-printed or personalized packaging.
b. Boxes manufactured to customer-specified dimensions or designs.
c. Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse after delivery.
d. Products reported after the exchange period has expired.
Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is received, our team will review the details and may request additional information if required. If approved, the replacement product will be manufactured or dispatched as soon as possible, subject to product availability.
Shipping for Exchanges
If the exchange is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Pap Kraft will bear the applicable shipping costs. In other cases, shipping charges may apply.
